§03Operating model

SOURCE

We select a category, verify suppliers, order samples, and confirm landed cost including duty and shipping before a single line of the storefront is written. If the unit economics don’t survive returns and ad cost, the category is dropped here.

BUILD

Storefront, brand, photography and copy are produced in-house in the market’s own language. Payments, tax and invoicing are configured to local requirements from day one, not retrofitted after the first order.

LAUNCH

A controlled paid launch on a fixed test budget. We’re measuring contribution margin and return rate, not vanity traffic.

OPERATE

Daily: ad spend, stock, support queue, chargebacks, supplier lead times. Support is answered in the language the customer bought in.

KEEP OR CLOSE

Each brand is reviewed against a twelve-month contribution target. Brands that clear it get more capital. Brands that don’t are closed cleanly — customers served, suppliers settled, domain retired.
